    Beginning March 27, multifactor authentication (MFA) will be enabled on my.ascension.org. For associates already enrolled in Duo MFA, two-step verification will be required if you are accessing the portal from outside the Ascension network. For those on the network or who are not yet enrolled in MFA, you may notice a message saying you are being logged in through Duo.

    If you have any questions, please visit https://mfa.ascension.org/faq when you are logged into the Ascension network or while signed into the Ascension virtual private network.

    AMITA Health Associates: Your log-in is the same as your AMITA Health Network ID, but do NOT include the domain and backslash (e.g. amita\ or alexian\ or multihosp\) in the User ID field.

    Your password would be your AMITA Health email password.
